                                                                    الامر-imperative 

              الامر is a commanding verb (order or request).

Rules ofالامر

1.  in the present tense verb مضارع  of  -تَفْعِلُ take out the "تَ"

example:

فَعَلَ  =  تَفْعِلُ

فَعَلَ we can't read.

2 Add alif "ا" (hamzatul wasl)

3 Check one before the last letter. We can't read in sukoon.

4 if fatha or qasra in the one before the last letter change into "اِ" .

 تَفْعَلُ  or تَفْعِلُ always اِفْعَلْ

5 and also make sukoon for the last letter. اِفْعَلْ

so تَفْعَلُ  =   اِفْعَلْ

اِفْعَلُوا	اِفْعَلا	اِفْعَلْ	male
you all do (male plural)	you do (dual)	you do (male singular)
اِفْعَلْنَ	اِفْعَلا	اِفْعَلِي	female
you all do (female plural)	you do  (dual)	you do (female singular)

example

112:1 قُلْ هُوَ اللّٰهُ اَحَدٌ‌ ۚ‏

2:38 قُلْنَا اهْبِطُوْا مِنْهَا جَمِيْعًا ‌‌ۚ 

44:24 وَاتْرُكِ الْبَحْرَ رَهْوًا‌ؕ اِنَّهُمْ جُنْدٌ مُّغْرَقُوْنَ‏

2:131 اِذْ قَالَ لَهٗ رَبُّهٗۤ اَسْلِمْ‌ۙ قَالَ اَسْلَمْتُ لِرَبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ

When his Lord said to him, "Submit", he said "I have submitted [in Islam] to the Lord of the worlds." (alqur an 2:131)
