The "Doer" اسم الفاعل Active participle
i.e one who does the action.
1 Elongate the first letter of the past. كتب into كاتبْ
2 add kasra ( ـِ ) one before the last letter.
كَتَبَ into كَاتِبْ
For the four letter verbs
drop the weak letter (ا،و،ي) and add ( مُ)
سَافَرَ يُسافِرُ (to travel) becomes مُسَافِر (traveller)
